Submit a Project

Getting in touch is straightforward. We take on work that falls within our scope — residential and light commercial exterior projects where we can add real value. Before you reach out, take a moment to review what we do and what we don’t. It saves everyone time.

How to Reach Us

Email is the best entry point. Describe your project in whatever detail you have: location, scope, timeline, any photos or measurements you’ve already gathered. We read and respond to project inquiries during business hours, Monday through Friday. If you have questions about an existing project with us, phone is faster — ask for whoever you’ve been working with.

Emergency calls outside business hours go to voicemail. We check messages at the start of each day and return calls to time-sensitive issues first. For non-emergency follow-ups, email keeps the project history cleaner and searchable on both ends.

What We Do Not Do

Modern roofing company office and workshop with organized professional space, local business setting and quality equipment displays
Our workspace is equipped for the projects we take on. If you see us turning down work in a category we advertise, it’s either outside our current capacity or not aligned with how we work.
Before and after roof repair transformation showing improved residential house exterior with quality finished work
If you’re comparing us to three other bids, understand what differs between them. Price alone isn’t it. Material choices, crew experience, and warranty terms matter more than a low-bid number.

We don’t take emergency calls for storm damage claims on a timeline that requires us to cut corners. We don’t accept materials you’ve already purchased — our suppliers support the crews with material failings, and we need that chain intact. We don’t spec work that’s out of our wheelhouse just to land the job; if you need general carpentry or interior work, we’ll name someone who does it better than we do.

We don’t guarantee that the work will be done faster than anyone else quotes. We do guarantee that what we quote is what we’ll deliver, without mid-project change-order surprises.

If your timeline is shorter than we can handle, say so in the inquiry. We’ll know quickly and can refer you elsewhere instead of having you wait. A project rushed through us is a project that ends badly.
